The challenge

A brand new estate agency craving a fresh new look. Andersons wanted to blow the competition away and make an immediate impact in a crowded market. A vehicle to showcase the high calibre of properties represented was the brief, with the facility to easily upload new properties by the internal Andersons team.

The solution

Using a sophisticated colour palette of purple and light blue, Andersons were presented with a clean, elegant and contemporary look whilst remembering that the properties were the main feature. Alongside the bespoke CMS website and a investment brochure, were designed corporate stationery, signage and literature.
